Responsibilities
Generating Walk-ins:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students to visit the academy.
- Participate in promotional events, local fairs, and community outreach programs to generate interest and walk-ins.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials aimed at driving foot traffic.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of walk-in generation efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Telecalling Database:
- Conduct telecalling activities using the provided database to reach out to prospective students.
- Develop and maintain a script for telecalling to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Record and update information gathered from calls in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective students who have shown interest but have not yet visited the academy.
Sorting Out Prospects:
- Evaluate and categorize prospective students based on their interest levels and readiness to enroll.
- Maintain an organized system for managing and prioritizing leads.
- Identify high-potential prospects and schedule follow-up meetings or visits.
- Provide detailed reports on prospect status and follow-up actions to the Admissions Manager.
Assisting in Sales Activities
- Assist the admissions team in executing various sales activities, including informational sessions, open houses, and campus tours.
- Support the admissions process by helping with application forms, documentation, and fee collection.
- Provide accurate information and counseling to prospective students and their families about Airon Academy’s programs and admission procedures.
- Work closely with the Admissions Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
