The Senior Specialist - Customer Success will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success. This role involves providing support, training, and guidance to clients to optimize their experience with the company's products or services. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful customer onboarding, retention, and growth.

1. Partnering with Sales team and execute effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution
2. Ensure customer success by driving adoption, managing customer relationships,
conducting business reviews and sharing best practices

4. Responsible for billing, upselling and renewals, and increase the revenue per customer
