Responsibilities

• SAP FICO Implementation and Support:
• Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements of SAP FICO modules, including FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling).
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
• Financial and Management Reporting:
• Design and implement customized financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and cost center reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to optimize reporting and analysis within the SAP FICO system.
• Process Improvement and Optimization:
• Identify and implement best practices for financial processes in SAP to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to streamline FICO processes.
• Configuration and Customization:
• Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling modules.
• Develop and test system enhancements, customizations, and new functionalities.
• Integration with Other SAP Modules:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
• Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity across integrated modules.
• Project Management:
• Lead FICO-related projects, from requirements gathering through to testing, training, and go-live.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage project timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
• User Training and Documentation:
• Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation for FICO configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Provide support to users and assist them in adapting to new functionalities.
• Compliance and Controls:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Support financial audits by providing accurate data and reports from the SAP system.
  

Other Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Language: Arabic (Mandatory)
• 8+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with in-depth knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, asset accounting, cost center accounting, and profit center accounting.
• Proven project management experience and ability to lead end-to-end SAP projects.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify solutions and implement best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• SAP certification in FICO (preferred but not mandatory).
