- Backend Operations in PMS: Oversee and manage the operational aspects of Portfolio Management Services (PMS), ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
- Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting: Regular monitoring and performance reporting of client portfolios. Generate accurate and timely reports for senior management and clients.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Lead a team, ensuring effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and achievement of KPIs. Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
Other Requirements
- Experience in Banking: At least 4 years of relevant experience in the banking or backend Operations in PMS
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of portfolio management systems, financial tools, and data analytics
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze portfolio performance and provide insights for improvements
- Leadership & Teamwork: Strong leadership capabilities with a team-oriented mindset to drive collaboration and achieve departmental goals.
