Responsibilities

• Getting freight rates from overseas agents.
• Giving quotations as per customer requirements.
• Negotiation with agents.
• Finding solutions on vessel schedules.
• Problem-solving of the issues.
• Studying customer requirements.
• Taking rates as per the INCOTERM.
• Updating customers on each shipment's progress till the shipment arrives/is delivered.

Other Requirements

• Candidates from Calicut region are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of import pricing and freight forwarding is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good English fluency in speaking and writing.
• Decision-making skills.
• Any degree related to logistics (preferred).
