Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calling, emails, and social selling (LinkedIn) to technology decision-makers across the Middle East region
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets using various sales intelligence tools
- Qualify leads according to company criteria and schedule meetings for senior sales executives
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Create and nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Performance Metrics
- Number of qualified meetings set per month
- Pipeline value generated
- Conversion rate from prospect to qualified opportunity
- Activity metrics (calls, emails, social touches)
- Quality of opportunity handover to senior sales team

Other Requirements

- 1-2 years minimum experience in technology sales, preferably in staff augmentation or software services
- Demonstrated experience in the Middle East market and understanding of regional business culture
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry and technology landscape
- BBA/MBA/B.Tech


Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation
- Familiarity with various technology stacks and programming languages
