Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other channels.
  • Generate leads and create a pipeline of prospects for IT products or services.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct initial meetings and presentations with potential clients.Understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and solutions. Present proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and business goals.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Engage in negotiations to finalize terms, pricing, and contractual agreements. Close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide ongoing support and address client inquiries or concerns.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure the alignment of solutions with client needs. Facilitate communication between sales and project delivery teams.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance.
  • Attend Industry Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
  • Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients about the company's products and services. Use client input to enhance offerings and improve client satisfaction.

Other Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Results-Driven: Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and across departments.
