Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for stakeholder communications
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
• Scrum master certification is a plus

Other Requirements

• Minimum 3 and maximum 6 years experience in a scrum master role.
• Experience in tools like Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Good knowledge in Scrum & Agile Methodology, PM Tools, Jira, Process Integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill a must
• Travel industry knowledge is a strong advantage for this role.
• Conflict-resolution ability.
• Scrum master certification is a plus
