Responsibilities

1. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research and networking.
2. Develop and maintain a client database to manage information and track engagement activities.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.
4. Negotiate deals and contracts to achieve target sales and revenue growth for the organization.
5. Conduct market research to identify new market trends and opportunities.
6.Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term engagement.
7. Contribute to the development of business strategies and objectives aligned with company goals.
8. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results to management.

Other Requirements

1. Proven sales experience with a strong ability to close deals and meet targets (Mandatory skill).
2. Excellent negotiation capabilities, allowing for successful contract terms and client engagement (Mandatory skill).
3. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas effectively and build rapport with clients (Mandatory skill).
4. Proficiency in market research to identify trends, market needs, and competitive landscapes for strategic advantage.
