Responsibilities

• Maintain and update patient medical records
• Ensure accurate and timely retrieval of patient information for medical professionals
• Organize and file medical records according to established protocols
• Audit medical records for completeness and accuracy
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure compliance with legal requirements and quality standards
• Assist with coding and billing processes related to medical records
• Handle release of medical information requests according to privacy regulations
