Responsibilities

Reach Out to Potential Students:

  • Connect with interested students through phone calls, messages, and emails to understand their education needs.

Explain Programs Clearly:

  • Share accurate details about course structure, fees, learning outcomes, mentorship, and future opportunities.

Guide Decision-Making:

  • Understand each student’s background and goals, and help them choose the most suitable course.

Support Enrollment:

  • Assist students step-by-step throughout the admission process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Track Your Progress:

  • Maintain proper follow-ups, call notes, and student details in the CRM system.

Work Towards Targets:

  • Achieve monthly enrollment goals with consistent efforts and smart communication.

Collaborate With Teams:

  • Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure enrolled students transition smoothly into the program.

Handle Questions & Concerns:

  • Address doubts confidently and present suitable solutions that build trust.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (in any field).
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident tone.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain meaningful conversations over call.
  • Persuasive mindset with the ability to guide and motivate students.
  • Goal-driven and comfortable working with monthly targets.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools (training will be provided).
