Customer Interaction:

•  Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers inquiring about services.
•  Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding service offerings, pricing, policies, and availability.

Issue Resolution:

Product Knowledge:

Customer Relationship Management:
