• Reach Out to Potential Students: Connect with interested students through phone calls, messages, and emails to understand their education needs.
• Explain Programs Clearly Share accurate details about course structure, fees, learning outcomes, mentorship, and future opportunities.
• Guide Decision-Making Understand each student’s background and goals, and help them choose the most suitable course.
• Support Enrollment Assist students step-by-step throughout the admission process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Track Your Progress Maintain proper follow-ups, call notes, and student details in the CRM system.
• Work Towards Targets Achieve monthly enrollment goals with consistent efforts and smart communication.
• Collaborate With Teams Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure enrolled students transition smoothly into the program.
• Handle Questions & Concerns Address doubts confidently and present suitable solutions that build trust.
