Responsibilities

• Design and Planning

• Project Management

• Site Supervision: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Provide guidance to junior engineers and subcontractors on-site.

• Technical Analysis: Conduct detailed calculations, surveys, and tests to ensure the feasibility, safety, and performance of designs and materials.

• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, surveyors, contractors, and other engineers to resolve design and construction issues and ensure effective project delivery.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).

• Solid understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.
