Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.
- Handle inbound calls for product enquiries, pricing, and order support.
- Convert leads into orders and meet daily/weekly sales targets.
- Provide information on offers, discounts, and new product launches.
- Maintain accurate customer data and update call logs in the system.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
