The primary function of the role is to advise on and plan visa/ requirements of the clients. The Consultant should communicate with clients to determine their needs, and then select the most appropriate options with required documents and holiday package.

Responsibilities

  • Creating happy customers and retaining customers by the service provided.
  • Provide consultation services to address potential clients interest in Visas, including establishing the suitability of the candidates' visa.
  • The consultation will mainly be by email, telephone, chats and Interakt.
  • Present and market holiday packages and tourist visa services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare action plans to achieve monthly targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Follow up on new leads and create referrals from existing leads. Identify sales prospects and contact prospects.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • To provide regular follow up on inquiries received.
  • To ensure no escalations are created in the sales process
  • Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager to assist with the smooth running of the organization.

Other Requirements

  • Graduation or Post Graduate in any stream
  • Excellent Communication skills in English and native language proficiency
  • Work with team to achieve & generate quality lead & Sales from their respective region
  • Good Communication skills & Convincing power
  • Should be presentable with guiding skills
  • Strong desire to learn and self-motivated to achieve results

Qualification & Experience

  • 50% marks in Any Graduation.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in handling Internation clients will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent Communication Skill in English is mandatory.
