Responsibilities

• Analyzing as-is and design to-be processes to define business, solution and system requirements.
• Organizing and facilitating workshops with clients to elicit and understand their requirements.
• Interacting with various (client) stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and represent that knowledge to the rest of the team, while using analysis techniques like story mapping, process modelling and data- and document analysis.
• Iteration planning, backlog refinement, creating user stories and story acceptance criteria is also part of your scope.
• Stakeholder management and being an interface between your team, the customer and the project manager.
• Identifying various solution options to satisfy our client’s requirements and helping them and our teams make the right decision by carefully weighing business value and technical complexity.

• You worked in a similar role and business environment in an agile context.
• You have a customer focussed mindset.
• You bring a strong analytical attitude, an ability to structure complex or undefined business problems.
• You like to collaborate with our client and colleagues from other disciplines like User Experience, Solution Architecture, Testing and Project Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to effectively direct and mentor others.
• If you already did consulting this is a plus.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master is a bonus.
• Relevant application knowledge of commerce platforms like SAP Hybris, commerce tools or similar would complete your profile.
