Responsibilities

MIS Development & Maintenance:

·      Develop and manage the organization’s MIS to ensure the availability of accurate, real-time data for decision-making.

·      Monitor and analyse MIS team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.

Data Management & Integration:

·      Collaborate with teams to consolidate data from diverse sources into centralized systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

·      Establish and enforce data management policies to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations.

·      Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve quality issues.

Visualization & Analytics:

·      Create advanced dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio for tracking performance across animation production.

·      Leverage business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights into financial performance, resource utilization, and project timelines.

·      Integrate machine learning and AI technologies to enhance forecasting and predictive analytics.

Production Workflow Optimization:

·      Use production pipeline tools such as Shotgun to monitor workflows and address bottlenecks.

·      Implement systems for time and effort tracking, optimizing resource allocation.

Reporting & Insights:

·      Prepare and present comprehensive reports derived from MIS data to senior stakeholders.

·      Support departments with ad hoc analysis and strategic recommendations based on production and financial data.

Training & Leadership:

·      Train team leads and managers in effectively utilizing MIS tools and workflows, ensuring adoption and efficiency.

·   Lead and mentor the MIS team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.    

Other Requirements

Technical Proficiency:

·      Proficient in Python and R for automating routine tasks.

·      Advanced knowledge of excel, database management systems, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
