Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze data to generate reports that provide actionable insights. Provide strategic insights to management for planning new AI or data-centric products.


• Analyze metrics, key performance indicators, and other data sources to identify root causes of process inefficiencies or defects.


• Optimize resource utilization and collaborate proactively with internal business teams to expedite project completion.

Other Requirements

• Ability to articulate and translate business questions into statistical solutions.


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand, listen, and resolve business challenges.


• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BigQuery, and Snowflake.


• Expertise in scripting languages like Python.


• Strong knowledge of OLTP/OLAP databases, data analytics tools, and methodologies.


• Hands-on experience in data mining, statistical modeling, and analysis.


• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Metabase (preferred) and advanced Excel (a plus).


• Experience or knowledge of AWS services is a significant advantage.


• A proactive and problem-solving mindset is essential.
