Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiries and Support:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in Hindi, ensuring clear and effective communication.
    • Provide product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Issue Resolution:

    • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
    • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors while ensuring a timely follow-up.
    • Ensure first-contact resolution, aiming to provide immediate solutions wherever possible.
  • Product and Service Knowledge:

    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and processes to assist customers efficiently.
    • Communicate any updates or changes in services or products to customers effectively.
  • Customer Satisfaction:

    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to high-quality customer service.
    • Gather and record feedback from customers to help improve services and customer experience.
  • Documentation and Reporting:

    • Accurately record all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system, noting relevant details, follow-up actions, and resolutions.
    • Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback, common issues, or trends to management for process improvements.
  • Collaboration with Teams:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical support, sales, or operations) to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Assist the team in identifying and suggesting process improvements based on customer interactions.
  • Language Proficiency:

    • Ensure communication in Hindi is professional, clear, and appropriate for the customer’s level of understanding.
    • Maintain a positive tone and be patient when communicating with customers who may have language barriers.

Other Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Banking Sales / Customer Support.
  • Consider Fresher with Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English
  • Must be Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
