Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial patient assessments, take histories, and record findings accurately in medical records.
  • Assist in diagnosing patient conditions and implementing management plans under the supervision of senior doctors.
  • Maintain Medical Documentation, including patient progress notes, discharge summaries, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and share timely information with team members.
  • Participate in medical rounds, discussions, and continuous learning to remain updated on medical practices.
  • Provide compassionate patient care, communicate effectively with patients and families, and address inquiries.
  • Manage time effectively to provide timely responses to medical requirements and patient needs.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and standards for patient safety and confidentiality.

Other Requirements

  • Patient Management (Mandatory skill) through effective interaction and care rationing with sensitivity and empathy for improved patient outcomes.
  • Proficient in Medical Documentation (Mandatory skill) to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records for continued care and legal compliance.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory skill) to facilitate clear communication between patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Competence in Clinical Assessment, identifying patient needs and prioritizing interventions efficiently.
  • Effective Time Management, ensuring punctuality and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Team Collaboration, working seamlessly with healthcare professionals to deliver multi-disciplinary care.
