Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through online research, field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Client Acquisition
- Present and sell IT development and digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver customized presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to maximize client value.
Market Intelligence:
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the development and marketing teams to improve offerings.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, blogs, and ads.
Brand Building:
- Organize events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Build a strong online presence for the company through social media and other platforms.
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in line with company goals.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.
Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (preferably in IT or digital marketing).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services (web development, app development, etc.) and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
