Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing and communication materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media posts, website graphics, and more
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into high-quality design concepts
• Produce high-quality graphics and layouts within established brand guidelines
• Ensure consistency and quality of all design deliverables
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows

Other Requirements

• Any Graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
• Proficiency in graphic design software, like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other designing tools
• Strong creative skills with an eye for detail
• Experience in digital media design
• Ability to analyze market trends and user behavior to create effective designs
• Knowledge of content strategy and its impact on design
• Familiarity with visual effects and motion graphics
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
