Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address challenges.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers for seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Estimate project costs and materials and assist in budget planning.
• Present designs to clients and make necessary modifications based on feedback.
• Research and implement sustainable design solutions.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil / Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (preferred or as per local requirements).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction techniques.
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Good to have

• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling technology.
