Responsibilities

• Revenue Generation: Achieve a productivity target of 150k revenue monthly.

• Process Adherence:

• Ensure all underwriting processes are followed without deviation.
• Maintain a quote conversion rate of at least 30%.
• Achieve a renewal conversion rate of 70%.

• Quality Assurance: Deliver accurate and quality quotes with a maximum allowance of two misses per month. Ensure all invoices are completed within the defined time frame.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.

• Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve issues in the underwriting process.

• Reporting and Analysis: Utilize Excel and other tools to maintain accurate records and generate insightful reports.
