Seeking a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, configure software, and provide training and support for clients utilizing Odoo ERP system. Gather and analyze client requirements, map them to Odoo functionalities, and provide best-fit solutions.
Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business processes.
Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) with clients.
Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure a smooth transition.
Work closely with technical teams for custom development and troubleshooting.
Manage the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and demonstrate how Odoo ERP solutions can address their needs.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions for prospects.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and design tailored Odoo solutions.
Support the sales process by providing functional expertise and recommendations.
Assist in preparing cost estimates, project timelines, and technical feasibility assessments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role.
Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, and HR.
Experience in pre-sales activities, client engagement, and business analysis.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Odoo configuration, workflows, and implementation best practices.
Basic knowledge of Odoo Studio and customizations is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
