Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn lead generation campaigns, including connection requests, personalized messaging, and engaging content, specifically focused on marketing agencies.
2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential agency clients and their needs.
3. Build and maintain a strong professional network on LinkedIn, focusing on connections within the marketing agency industry.
4. Utilize various lead generation tools and platforms to identify and qualify leads from marketing agencies.
5. Sales Support: Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for potential agency clients.
6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales pitches to marketing agencies.
7. Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities within the marketing agency sector.
8. Participate in sales calls and client meetings with marketing agencies as required.
9. Marketing & Communication: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing, specifically tailored to the needs and interests of marketing agencies.
10. Create high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and website content that resonate with marketing agencies.
11. Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation, ensuring a strong focus on reaching marketing agencies.
12. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the marketing agency landscape.
13. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns specifically designed to attract marketing agencies as clients.
14. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with agency clients.
15. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
16. Outreach & Networking: Attend industry events and conferences specifically focused on the marketing agency industry to network with potential clients and partners.
17. Build relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders within the marketing agency space.
18. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach to marketing agencies.

Other Requirements

1. Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, with a strong focus on Business Development.
2. Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment with a specific focus on marketing agencies.
3. Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to target marketing agencies.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills tailored to marketing agencies.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
10. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
11. Passion for digital marketing and the latest industry trends, with a specific interest in the marketing agency landscape.
