The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, handling human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  •  Oversee and ensure the smooth running of the office environment, ensuring all administrative tasks handled efficiently.
  •  Organize meetings, appointments, and company events.
  •  Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
  • Handle recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  •  Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  •  Maintain employee records, ensuring all documents are updated and secure.
  • Assist with project coordination, making sure teams stay informed about project progress and timelines.
  •  Provide necessary administrative support to the team for various ongoing projects and tasks.


Other Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrator, HR professional, or similar role in a construction or related industry.
  •  Experience in office management, HR functions (recruitment, payroll, employee relations), and customer/client interaction is preferred.
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and employees at all levels.
  •  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  •  Familiarity with basic HR software and office management tools.
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks
  •  A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
