To strategically manage and oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring financial stability, compliance, and providing insightful financial analysis to support informed business decisions and drive organizational success.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Primary Responsibilities:
  
  

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
• Ensure strict compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and relevant financial regulations.
• Manage and oversee the month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis (e.g., budget vs. actual, trend analysis) and recommend proactive corrective actions to address deviations.
  
  

• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with various departments to develop comprehensive - budgets and financial forecasts that align with company objectives.
• Monitor and report on budget adherence and financial performance throughout the year, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  
  

• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, including forecasting short-term and long-term cash needs and optimizing cash reserves to maximize returns.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring efficient processing and timely collections.
  
  

• Implement, maintain, and continuously evaluate internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information.
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant financial regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  
  

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance function, with a focus on streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency.
• Lead the automation of recurring financial transactions and reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
  
  

• Manage the relationship with external auditors, coordinating audit activities and ensuring a smooth and efficient audit process.
• Facilitate internal audits and ensure implementation of audit recommendations.
