Lead strategic business development efforts to grow the staffing division, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. Drive revenue growth through developing and implementing sales strategies, while overseeing a team of business development professionals. · Identify and prospect potential clients through Lead Generation, for both permanent and contract staffing solutions.
· Create customized proposals for staffing services (permanent and contract).
· Develop and implement strategies to acquire clients who have specialized staffing needs, positioning the company as the go-to partner for niche recruitment solutions.
· Draft contracts covering terms, service fees, SLAs, and confidentiality.
· Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms, including payment structure and expectations.
· Finalize and the contract once both parties agree to the terms.
