Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives in the General Insurance sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the General Insurance business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners to expand the business.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve their performance and meet company goals.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and business forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Other Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 Plus years of experience in the General Insurance industry.• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in General Insurance.
• Strong experience in team handling, coaching, and motivating sales teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is preferred).
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High level of customer orientation and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
