Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads from the database.
- Explain company products/services and answer queries in clear and professional manner.
- Generate and qualify leads, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM
- Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer support.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Gather feedback and report to the sales and marketing team for improvement
Other Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Skills:
