Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, conduct feasibility checks, and create project sprints.
•  Develop and manage a detailed execution plan to ensure timely project completion within budget and scope.
• Measure project performance, identify areas for improvement, and track KPIs. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and submit them on time.
• Guide the team by providing clear direction, aligning tasks with overall goals, and offering support. Resolve any conflicts or bottlenecks to keep the team focused.
• Identify risks and dependencies, apply risk management strategies, and develop contingency plans. Track and report on risks, issues, and project health.
• Communicate with clients to address concerns and ensure the product meets their needs. Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals.
• Support testing, mentor the team during test execution, and prioritize defects based on severity and impact.
• Analyze project profitability, create profitability sheets, and define pricing models. Conduct project estimations for medium-complexity projects.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for knowledge management. Ensure new team members can easily access and benefit from these resources.

Good to have

• 8-10 years of experience in the software industry, with 4-5 years in project management.
• Experience managing technical projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification is a plus
