Responsibilities

• Visit sites to take precise measurements as per project requirements.
• Ensure the site is prepared for installation and meets safety standards.
• Coordinate site activities to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Verify measurements with blueprints and client requirements.
• Work closely with the production, logistics, and installation teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Supervise on-site workers and resolve any operational issues.
• Communicate with clients to clarify design and installation details.
• Inspect delivered materials to ensure they meet quality and design specifications.
• Monitor installation to ensure compliance with project designs and safety regulations.
• Conduct post-installation checks and address any defects or adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and progress.
• Submit daily or weekly reports to project managers.
• Document any client feedback and ensure it is addressed promptly.

Other Requirements

Education: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interiors or any related field (preferred).

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction or aluminium fabrication industry.

Experience in measuring and installing glass and aluminium components is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in measurement tools and techniques.
• Basic understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to sites.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
