We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily shop floor operations, plan weekly schedules, ensure timely delivery, and control production costs. Candidates must have hands-on assembly experience with knowledge of SMT, soldering, lean manufacturing, and Kaizen practices.

Responsibilities
- Plan weekly schedule order items for Production based on Monthly Schedule and ensure it gets delivered on time.
- Conduct daily work management and identify focus areas to be deployed to meet the plan in terms of Delivery, Quality and get support from other functions.
- To control cost of production tools and consumables
- Maintain good 5S in shopfloor.
- To manage operatives and ensure safety, morale in workplace.
Other Requirements
- Minimum 6 years (with B.E.) or 9 years (with Diploma) experience in the Production Department of manufacturing industries ( automotive / Electronics )
- Hands-on experience in assembly work in automotive or electronics manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of SMT and soldering.
- Knowledge of lean principles and Kaizen implementation.
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical
