Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the execution of interior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- This role involves managing various aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and stakeholder communication.
- Developing detailed work schedules, coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- Managing labor, materials, and equipment, and coordinating their allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Monitoring site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, brand standards, and safety regulations, and conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Must be willing to travel across work sites
Other Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, interior design, or a related field.
- Experience: Min 1 year experience in civil projects especially interior works.
- Salary: Basic salary up to 22k/month + Food and Accommodation + profit linked incentives + Allowances
- Age: Max. 30 years
- Interview mode: Face to face at Kozhikode office
- Male candidates preferred
