Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve quality.


Process Design: Lead the design and documentation of new business processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and comply with industry best practices.


BPM Implementation: Deploy BPM tools and techniques to manage, automate, and continuously improve processes across various departments.


Collaboration: Work with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive change initiatives.


Change Management: Oversee the implementation of process changes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum adoption by providing adequate training and support.


Monitoring and Reporting: Track and measure process performance using KPIs and other metrics, reporting progress to senior management and recommending further improvements as necessary.


Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that business processes adhere to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks by identifying and addressing process gaps.


Leadership and Team Building: Lead cross-functional teams focused on process improvement initiatives and mentor team members to develop BPM capabilities across the organization.

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business process management or a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  • Experience with BPM tools (e.g., IBM BPM, Appian, Pega) and methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
