Responsibilities

1. Assist senior designers in developing design concepts, mood boards, and presentations.

2. Support in space planning, drafting floor plans, and creating 3D renderings.

3. Research materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories per project needs.

4. Prepare design documentation, schedules, and sample boards for client presentations.

5. Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes for follow-up tasks.

6. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to gather product information and samples.

7. Help maintain project files, track orders, and ensure design elements align with project timelines.

8. Conduct site visits to take measurements, oversee installations, and report progress.

9. Ensure design work complies with safety codes and brand or client standards.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 0–1 years of experience 

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign).

• Basic knowledge of space planning, color theory, materials, and design trends.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design direction precisely.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in a team.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Eagerness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior professionals.

• Professional demeaner and readiness to represent the design team during site visits and client interactions.
