Responsibilities

• Oversee all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities within high-rise structures.
• Coordinate and supervise the installation of lighting systems, HT panel boards, RMU, transformers, substations, LT & HT cabling, and earthing systems.
• Liaise with and follow up with local regulatory bodies such as KSEB (Kerala State Electricity Board), electrical inspectorate, KWA (Kerala Water Authority), and PTCC (Power Telecom Coordination Committee) for compliance.
•  Provide comprehensive supervision of plumbing and fire-fighting installations.
•  Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office suite.

Other Requirements

• Experience : 3-5 year
• Qualification : Diploma/ Btech in relevant field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office suite.
