Responsibilities

• Take care of all wellness initiatives for Orange, ensuring their effective implementation and smooth operation.
• Liaise with wellness vendors to ensure seamless delivery of agreed-upon services and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Identify and onboard new vendors to enhance the variety and quality of wellness activities offered to Orange members.
• Develop innovative wellness activities tailored to the needs and preferences of our members, keeping them engaged and motivated.
• Monitor and analyze all wellness activities conducted by providers, keeping detailed records for evaluation purposes.
• Connect with insured members to encourage participation in wellness activities and promote the benefits of wellness programs.
• Inspire and motivate members to actively engage with and utilize wellness programs to improve their health and well-being.
• Conduct market studies to identify new trends, gather creative ideas, and perform comparative analyses to enhance Orange Care's wellness offerings.
• Evaluate member usage and utilization controls to assess the effectiveness of wellness programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct wellness orientations for members and clients to familiarize them with available programs and encourage participation.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all wellness activities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future reference.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in Wellness management and account management within the insurance industry, preferably in health insurance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of the UAE health insurance market and regulatory framework is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required
