Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers, working towards prompt resolutions, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Research, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions clearly and patiently to ensure complete understanding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, including actions taken.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with the product development and technical teams by communicating customer feedback and identifying recurring issues.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and updates to offer accurate and effective technical support.
  • Participate actively in ongoing training programs to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Adhere to company policies, including data security and privacy guidelines, while handling sensitive customer information.

  • Educational Qualification: Degree (Any Discipline)
  • Basic Technical Skills
  • Fluent English Communication Skills
  • Freshers with excellent English communication or candidates with prior customer support (L1) experience can apply
  • Flexible to work under rotational shifts – primarily Night Shifts
