Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Mentorship : Lead, mentor, and technically guide a team of PHP Laravel developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
• Architectural Design & Development : Oversee the design and development of robust, highly scalable, and secure web applications and services primarily using PHP and Laravel. Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are modular, resilient, and cloud-native.
• API Development : Design and implement highly efficient and well-documented RESTful APIs.
• Database Management : Lead efforts in database design, optimization, and the writing of complex SQL queries for MySQL.
• Microservices & Containerization : Drive the adoption and implementation of microservices architecture.
• Utilize containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for deployment and management.
• Agile Project Management : Apply strong expertise in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Effectively plan and manage sprints, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
