Sales Operations Intern

You’ll work closely with our core leadership to fuel client acquisition, streamline operations, and support execution across our service lines: Digital, Branding, Tech, and Media.

Responsibilities

  • Research and build qualified prospect lists using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo, etc.
  • Support lead generation campaigns and outreach with strong communication finesse
  • Assist in creating and refining client pitch decks and business proposals
  • Help maintain CRM records, pipeline reports, and sales dashboards
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align project delivery timelines and client expectations
  • Contribute to campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Be part of brainstorming, review calls, and client interactions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, accountable, and always thinking ahead
  • Smart, quick learner with strong problem-solving ability
  • A high sense of ownership and hunger to learn and grow
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Excel, CRMs (HubSpot/Zoho)
  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines (pursuing or recent grads)
