• Ideate and script bold, quirky, and engaging short-form videos.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop viral campaign ideas.
• Own end-to-end video production, from concept to delivery.
• Optimize content for different platforms, with a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table using your understanding of ad psychology and audience engagement

Other Requirements

• Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and scripting.
• A strong showreel that reflects both technical skills and creative vision.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.
• Ability to shoot content solo using DSLR or even a mobile phone.
• A collaborative mindset with a keen eye for visual detail.
• Experience writing catchy, story-driven scripts.
