Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand process requirements.

• Maintain and enhance existing automations to ensure high reliability and performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA workflows and bots.

• Create and maintain process documentation, including PDDs and SDDs.

• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and coding standards in automation solutions.

• Support UAT, deployment, and post-production monitoring of automated processes.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development.

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator) and Power Automate Desktop/Cloud Flows.

• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, Excel automation, and scripting languages (VB, Python, or .NET).

• Experience with process analysis, workflow design, and automation best practices.

• Good understanding of AI/ML integration and OCR tools (e.g., ABBYY, Document Understanding) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
