Responsibilities

• As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources team in daily administrative and operational tasks, including recruitment coordination, employee record management, and onboarding processes. 
• You will assist in scheduling interviews, updating HR databases, and preparing reports. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to effectively coordinate with candidates and internal teams. 
• You will also contribute to problem-solving and team initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions.
•  Analytical skills will help you evaluate employee data and provide insights for process improvements. 
• This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to learn and grow within a dynamic HR environment.

Other Requirements

- Freshers with Master's/Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
