Responsibilities

• Install and maintain surveillance systems (CCTV/IP cameras) and networking equipment.
• Configure Genetec security platforms or network switches/routers (if CCNA certified).
• Troubleshoot system faults and perform routine maintenance.
• Ensure system uptime, security, and efficiency.
• Document installations and provide support to the operations team.
• Coordinate with project teams for on-site setups and support.

Other Requirements

• Certification in Genetec Security Center or Cisco CCNA (Routing & Switching).
• Prior experience with security systems or IT networking (1+ year preferred).
• Ability to travel to client locations when required.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
