- Address client complaints and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Possess a deep understanding of capital markets or stock markets and other investment products.
- Manage and execute depository settlement activities accurately and efficiently.
- Execute Delivery Instruction Slips (DIS) with precision and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle dematerialisation requests, ensuring accurate processing and record-keeping.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
Other Requirements
- 0-1 years of experience in client relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Capital Market / Stock Market Knowledge and broader financial markets.
