Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes and templates.
- Build responsive, mobile-first eCommerce websites using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Implement third-party APIs and Shopify apps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, issues, and bottlenecks.
- Optimize site performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend developers to implement new features.
- Maintain code integrity, organization, and documentation.
- Stay updated with Shopify platform changes, best practices, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and performance optimization.
- Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and unit testing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with WordPress will be considered an added advantage.
