Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a central repository for all project-related documents, including contracts, change orders, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
- Organize, classify, and maintain documents based on type (eg. drawings, specifications, meeting minutes) while ensuring version control.
- Ensure proper indexing and tagging of documents for easy retrieval by authorized personnel.
- Track and manage the flow of documents throughout the project, including receipt review, approval, and distribution.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
- Work in tandem with Billing Engineer
- Securely archive documents upon project completion, ensuring access to all project records for future reference, audits, or disputes.
